The Mora Pro C Carbon knife has a slightly bigger carbon steel blade that’s 2mm thin and has an excellent cutting ability. Its edge has a longer lasting quality, and once it dulls, it is quite easy to re-sharpen. Please note that carbon steel is not moisture and corrosion resistant, so it is best to wipe off the blade and oil it after every use.
